For our advertised house & land packages, yes — site costs are included for standard blocks (M-class soil, level lot, services to boundary). Sloping blocks, P-class soils, or unusual conditions may attract additional costs which will be disclosed before contract.

Yes — we encourage clients to visit at key milestones: slab, frame, lock-up, and final inspection. Your Project Manager will coordinate visits with the site supervisor for safety.
